Returns

You can withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
Send a return request with your details and product name to: [your email] or use the Returns and Complaints form on our website.

The product must be returned to:
ul. Stolarzowicka 165B, 41-936 Bytom, Poland

We’ll refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your return.
Return shipping is at your cost unless otherwise agreed.

No returns are accepted for:

• custom-made products,
• unsealed hygiene items,
• perishable goods.
