Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

• The 14-day period starts on the day you receive the product.
• To withdraw from the order, please send us a message via email or through the Returns and Complaints form.
• The message must include: your name, email address, and which product you are returning.
• We will refund the full amount (including shipping*) within 14 days from receiving your return or proof of shipment.

*Please note: if you selected a more expensive delivery method than the standard one offered, we may only refund the cost of the standard option.

We may wait to refund you until the returned product has reached us or you provide a shipping confirmation.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used when placing the order.
